Giardino e-News #03

Jan-Jul 2010

Beethoven here: WOW, I get to do our e-News #03 - how exciting!

Hi Everyone,

Greetings from Swakopmund in Namibia and the entire Giardino team, on this glorious sunny July day.

At 9 months old, nearing 40 kg, and having successfully passed the hospitality training course for canines, Sam felt that I'm ready to start as PR Manager. I've also got to know the Giardino from the inside out by now and learnt how to entertain our guests - if they feel like it. If not, you'll find me pondering what kind of improvements still to do.

The garden gazebo we built last year is a definite winner and guests simply can't resist enjoying a snooze on its 2 comfy loungers.
This year, Sam took my advice to further upgrade security, even though I watch the garden at night together with our car guard. So we now keep the entrance gate from the street into the gardens locked at all times, after installing an electric bell/opener. Guests staying with us receive keys and thus are still free to come and go as they please.
The first few months at the Giardino have been very busy for me, as you can imagine, and I haven't yet gotten around to doing a complete "Beethoven Update" of our web pages. But you can find some Bernese News on its
"Sandmännchen Page" and scattered around our website - there are some other updates too, under feedback amongst others!

What I really want to do today is to give you a short training lesson in how to use our "Giardino On-line Guide", as it can make everyone's life so much easier and save you a lot of time when consulting customers:
Please hit the link above to land on the welcome page of our Product Manual. And then simply use the paw print button to page through it!
There are plenty of info relevant to your work, nice big photos that familiarise you with all the important Giardino features, a printable location map for downloading, contact details of our webmaster who will provide you with high quality photos for catalogue printing on request, and many more interesting things.
Try it out & don't forget to bookmark the Giardino On-line Guide!

I'd also have to call upon everyone again who would like to receive our Giardino News every few months to PLEASE assist us in building a proper opt-in list! At this stage, we can only exclude contacts who want to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
We know that most of you are Giardino friends and welcome our news updates - so why not click on this Subscribe
and sent off the email, there's nothing else to do! THANKS!

This was great fun - I look forward to bringing you more news in future!
Thanks a lot for your interest and support. Until next time, take care,
Beethoven for Sam & the Giardino Team
