Sam's Philosophy:
On my first adventure travel to Africa from Switzerland, I fell in love with the Namib, one of the oldest deserts of the world. I soon made Swakopmund my home, driven by feelings of having found warmth, shelter and the joy of living, and set out to realise my dream of establishing a modern yet cosy guesthouse in African surroundings. |

Today, the Giardino is characterised by comfortable European-
